Remarks:
***** All the above rates are inclusive of transfer form pier to resort, plus government tax.But not inclusive ABF.
***** Rates are in THAI BAHT and subject to change without prior notice .
***** On Thai festival (Songgran Day. King Birth Day. ect.) charge 50 % extra /rooms.
***** Check out time is before 11:00 am. on the day of departures. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 3:00 pm. at full.
***** No extra charge for child under 12 years' old sharing the same room as their parents ( Maximum of 1 child per room ) without extra bed.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
***** Cancellation must be made before 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the deposit rate will be charged, or the first night rate of the period will be charged.
***** In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.
Reservation Policy:
***** 20% payment only for deposit and pay the balance at resort.
***** Master Card / Visa Card ecepted plus 5 % charge.
